Mexican Black Bean Salad

1 (8oz) carton sour cream
¼ c chopped fresh cilantro
1 T taco seasoning
1 large head green leaf lettuce, torn
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
½ c chopped purple onions
2 (15oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 large tomatoes, chopped
Tortilla chips, crushed
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, Add lettuce and next 4 ingredients; toss well. Sprinkle with crushed corn chips and serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings
